A proven product, introduced to the market in the late 1990's, Advantex® solution offers the unique attributes of being both a boron-free E-glass, and an E-CR glass reinforcement in accordance with ASTM D578, ISO 20789, and DIN 1259-01.

Advantex® -glass' patented batch formulation and manufacturing process provides our customers a reinforcement they can count on in the field. Lets take a look at what happens when Advantex® -glass and E-glass are subjected to 4 hours in 5% Hydrochloric acid at 95° C.
These microscopic pictures show the E-glass starts to lose its strength and slowly dissolve as the corrosive solution attacks the filaments. Advantex® -glass due to its patented formulation has no adverse effects and maintains its strength.
